1. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $45 USD. For orders under $45 USD, a flat shipping fee of $4.95 USD applies.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Important: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once the package reaches the destination country.

  • Hello Pepper is not responsible for these charges. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient.
  • We cannot predict what your particular charges may be. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
  • Note: By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot mark them as "gifts."

4. Lost or Damaged Packages

While we do our best to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition, accidents can happen during transit.

  • Wrong Address: We are not responsible for lost packages due to an incorrect address entered at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details! If you notice an error, contact us at support@hellopepperonline.com immediately before your order ships.
  • Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives damaged, please:
    1. Keep the original packaging.
    2. Take clear photos of the damage.
    3. Contact us within 48 hours at support@hellopepperonline.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.

5. Delays

We strive to meet the delivery times quoted, but please understand that shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier issues beyond our control.
